PROJECTS

 

I worked with  the City of London to implement a new property management system to give transparency and seamless integration with Oracle R12, and more recently with CBRE to help design a global Facilities Management portal and back end Oracle finance system.

My experience is gained from over 30 years in the property sector, advising investors, agencies, banks, institutional funds and public bodies.  My clients are located world-wide, and no job is too big or too small.

My name is Nick Matthews.  I'm a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience, nearly all as an IT consultant specialising in the preperty sector.

 

My mission is to help major UK and European property investors leverage the power of technology to optimize their asset management, valuation, reporting, and property management processes.

I have led and delivered multiple projects, such as budgeting, system security, and ESG, for Mileway, Europe's leading final mile logistics real estate company.

I have also developed superb relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using agile methodologies, data analysis, and effective communication skills.
