I manage all aspects of the project, from User Acceptance Testing preparation, data migration, cut-over planning, training, operational readiness, business support model creation, change management and communications strategy.

Project Manager for a new system for the second largest UK provider of student accommodation with over 23,500 beds in 54 assets. The selected system, StarRez, provides a seamless online booking experience coupled with comprehensive tenant management and retention. Integration to multiple payments systems and major finance platform.

Property Workstream Lead
Property Lead for Oracle R12 ebusiness suite implementation and upgrade programme and rose to the challenge of managing the property workstream and implementing change within an organisation reluctant to embrace it. Oversaw the replacement of 2 existing property management solutions and headed up the combining and cleansing of data on a £3billion portfolio from a variety of sources into 1 unified database that became the central property repository for the Corporation.
